Lets Continue Making OKFCR Great Again
I have done more to Rebuild the Oklahoma Federation of College Republicans that any Chairman in the past three years. Lets continue to modernize and lead conservatives to victory.
We've Done This Together:
The Oklahoma Federation of College Republicans Is Active Again and Up And Running
Over the past year, the Tranquill Duillio Administration has led the Oklahoma Federation of College Republicans back from the dead to a nationally recognized College Republican Federation. Here is a snapshot of what we have accomplished just this year under my chairmanship. I fulfilled all of my Six Campaign promises I made back in April of 2024.
What We Need To Do Next
If re-elected as Chairman of The Oklahoma Federation of College Republicans, I will continue to modernize our organization by implementing innovative strategies that promote active engagement, professional networking, and educational development. Our focus will be on harnessing digital platforms for effective activism, providing our members with hands-on training in online advocacy to amplify conservative voices across campuses. I will initiate a series of networking events and mentorship programs that connect members with industry professionals, enhancing their career prospects while fostering relationships that elevate our organization’s reach and influence. Additionally, I will encourage collaboration with other campus groups to create impactful events that nurture a sense of community and shared purpose among young conservatives. Together, we will empower our members with the tools and connections they need to thrive in today’s political landscape, ensuring that The Oklahoma Federation of College Republicans remains a dynamic and vital force in advocating for conservative values.
Meet Conner Tranquill
Originally from Parkersburg, West Virginia, Conner’s family moved to Bartlesville, Oklahoma, in 2016, where he fell in love with the state. He returned to Oklahoma for college after beginning his political journey in South Dakota, where he first served as the IT Director for the Pennington County Republican Party and then was promoted to Marketing and Communications Director. Dedicated to empowering young Republicans, Conner is committed to invigorating student engagement in the political process. Conner Tranquill has emerged as a key leader in Oklahoma, where he serves as the Chairman of the Oklahoma Federation of College Republicans (OKFCR). Before assuming this role, he served as Chairman of the Rogers State University College Republicans, where he recognized the disunity within the State Federation and ran for chairman to bring about positive change. Under his leadership, the organization has successfully rebuilt relationships that were strained by previous administrations, reactivating the federation and fostering a vibrant political environment for college students.

What We Need To Do Next
1. Grow Our Chapters
I am committed to doubling our current funding support to fuel the growth of our chapters. This enhanced financial backing will empower us to provide essential resources, organize engaging events, and strengthen our marketing efforts, ultimately attracting new members and inspiring active participation. With these increased funds, we will develop leadership training programs, create scholarship opportunities, and promote collaboration among chapters to share best practices. Together, we can cultivate a vibrant network that not only expands our reach but also makes a significant impact in our communities. Your support is crucial as we embark on this journey toward a stronger, more united organization.
2. Plan more fundraisers to fund OKFCR
I propose a strategic initiative to significantly enhance our funding for the OKFCR by implementing a series of monthly fundraisers at the state level. By organizing these consistent fundraising events, we aim to engage our community, raise awareness, and create a sustainable revenue stream. Additionally, we will actively seek to establish a base of monthly donors who can provide reliable financial support, ensuring that our programs continue to thrive year-round. Notably, last year marked a significant milestone for the OKFCR, as we ended the year with more money in the bank than when a chair was elected—an achievement made possible under my administration. This dual approach will not only boost our immediate funding but also foster a culture of giving and community involvement, ultimately strengthening our organization and its impact. Your support is essential as we work together to secure the necessary resources to advance our mission.
3. Launch Alumni Group
If re-elected, I will prioritize establishing an Alumni Group to strengthen connections among former members, including class presidents reporting to the State Alumni Board. This group will assist in planning events and fostering a sense of community, while also providing networking and mentorship opportunities. Together, we can create a vibrant network that supports our organization’s goals and strengthens our legacy, and your participation will be vital to making this vision a reality.
